www.weddingnightsandals.com specializes in providing high quality products and friendly service at a fair price.  If you have any questions on ordering, returns, or policies, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-743-7890 M-Friday between the hours of 9 and 4 pm Pacific Standard Time. We strive to offer custom unique items, that are constructed according to your needs.  At times these items can take time to create.  We will let you know an estimated delivery time on all custom made items.

Lingerie orders generally ship in 4-6 business days, you will receive an email telling you when it will ship after the order is placed.

Jewelry usually ships in 2 business days. All Barefoot Jewelry is sold by the pair.

We will ship your order when it is complete.

All orders are shipped priority mail
$5.75 up to $50, and $7.75 - $50 to $100, and $10.75 over $100
Returns must be receive in unused condition.

We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Paypal.

All Credit Card payments are made through our secure server with (with the exception of manual payments by Money Orders or Personal Check).  If mailing payment with order, your online order must be printed in full and accompany payment (you will receive an order confirmation via email upon completing it online).  If paying by personal check allow 3 weeks for delivery.  There will be a $25.00 charge added on all returned NSF checks.

Returns:
Unwanted items may be returned for a refund less 20% , as long as they are received back in unworn condition (must still have all the tags attatched to the lingerie and be returned with the plastic and hanger, within 10 days of the date that your receive your order. There are no refunds on custom orders. Please note that postage is non refundable and you are responsible for return postage. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS after ten days of delivery confirmation date. .

All returns must have an RA#, to obtain an RA# simply complete our online form on our Contact Us page (above) and we will be in contact with you.

At weddingnightsandals.com, your payment information is encrypted.  No credit card or personal information is ever sent via email or other non-secure means.  Your information is kept private.  We do not share your private information with anyone.
